Since the launch of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Mulligan has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a wide array of personalities, and a exciting storyline including celestial beings, evil spirits, and dark forces growing in strength within the city.
Warning: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 are included.
The Soldiers Table Revealed
The third episode finished on a huge suspense moment and introduced the initial group of characters who will split off from the primary party to begin their separate journey, apart from the additional parties.
The Soldiers table consists of Teor (portrayed by Travis), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the strong-willed figure (Whitney Moore), Wicander (the player), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).
Dividing the Cast
With a large ensemble, it was evident from the start that keeping everyone at one table would be unworkable.
That’s why, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Prelude, weaving together the personal journeys before branching into three distinct groups: Soldiers, Strategists, and Explorers.
Characteristics of the Soldiers Table
According to the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for adventurers who prefer a classically intense combat and conflict-driven narrative style where diplomatic options are few and far between.
Initially, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander might appear out of place, but the actions of the third episode make it clear why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.
Why They Must Go
For one thing, the group understands precisely where to head next after a brutal first encounter with The Crow Keepers.
A former ally of the deceased character—whose passing initiated the campaign’s events—exploited the foes for his own means, breaking into the hidden lair, assaulting the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to dispose of.
The traitor then paid off his obligations and escaped to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd hot on his heels.
Individual Reasons
Additionally, each member has a individual motive to leave the city the urban setting:
- The rogue, as the close ally and best friend, wants retribution.
- The knowledgeable figure knows Timmony and warns that it is a nasty environment.
- The strong character and Wicander, having defied his family’s wishes to eliminate the fighter and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
- However, their reputation as prominent individuals in the influential clan could enable the group access places they normally couldn’t.
- Moreover, The grateful character swore a life debt to The cleric for his deliverance and will now follow him wherever.
Wanted and Hunted
In addition, all of them are wanted by the authorities that rule Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making staying in the city too risky:
- The agile adventurer and The character are known criminals.
- The warrior and Wicander turned against House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
- Teor is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.
This results in them few options but to head to the remote area in search of Casimir.

From the recent installment’s post-show segment, we discover that the Soldiers table will not appear in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Questers and Strategists tables.
